What is UV Printing？
UV Printing (Ultra-Violet Ray) is a commonly used printing method, primarily utilizing ultraviolet (UV) light to cure ink, resulting in rapid drying and immediate curing of the ink. The mainstream printing methods for label stickers are relief printing, screen printing, and flexographic printing. All three of these methods use UV ink. Each printing method has its own advantages and is applied in various industries. The three printing methods used by our company belong to UV printing. The types of UV printing label stickers we produce are mainly categorized as follows:

Clear Static Cling Sticker | Static cling sticker is adhesive-free, completely removable and can be reused and repositioned on glass without limit. It's excellent material for business windows and glass doors. | |
Waterproof Transparent Label | Except black, due to the characteristics of ink the others will tranpsprency. The color will look not saturated when print on clear label because of its transparency. Also, its display will be poor when stick to a dark container. Our white ink printing can make the color look more saturated and stereoscopic. | |
Hot Stamping Tranparnt Label | Some glass bottles or designable containers choose transparent labels because it adds more post-press processing compare with shrink materials or paper. We can also print the background color with high shading, because general ink will transmit light. If the color of the bottle or the content is too dark, the printing color of the transparent label will be affected and distorted. | |
Clear Seal Label | Transparent blank label is suitable for sealing envelopes and products. It will not obscure the background color of the product. To avoid damaging the envelope and packaging surface to add a tear line in the middle will be a good idea. Except a variety of paper colors to choose from, the shape can also be customized. | |
Label StickersPrinting | Low-level Security Label Stickers | Full-page printing with silver ink can produce a metallic effect (similar to matte silver foil paper) even on ordinary materials. Invisible ink is only visible under UV light and can serve as a low-cost anti-counterfeiting measure. Additionally, incorporating variable serial numbers (Note 1) ensures each label has a unique identifier. Note 1: Unique features of variable serial numbers: Each set of numbers includes one digit displayed in "bold + italic" format, and they are presented in a non-sequential manner, increasing the difficulty for counterfeiters. Consumers who have doubts about the product can also use this set of numbers as a basis for inquiry. |
